Booking works on a deposit. Clients pay a deposit that is non-refundable and goes toward the service. The remaining balance can be paid by Zelle, Apple Pay or cash. Cash App is not accepted.
Clients who have gone more than 3.5 months since a retwist are asked to add the excessive new growth or plentiful locs add-on to their appointment.
Appointments outside regular hours carry an extra $60.00 fee on top of the booked service. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Clients more than 20 minutes late are asked to reschedule, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full amount of the service.
