LocdbySmiless runs a VIP Lounge for returning clients. Membership costs nothing and cannot be bought. It opens after a client's second completed appointment, and eligible clients receive a personal access code to join.
The loyalty system works through stamps. Each completed appointment priced at $55 or more earns one gold bunny stamp, and a client's second completed appointment counts as their first stamp. At three stamps members receive $5 in Smiless Kash, at five stamps $15, and at ten stamps $30 along with a renewed Black Card.
Smiless Kash is promotional reward credit that can be applied to future eligible services. It is not legal tender. Members who qualify are issued a matte black VIP Black Card with gold foil.
Members also get $25 off one qualifying service during their birthday month, once per calendar year. That birthday discount cannot be combined with Smiless Kash or other discounts, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred. A $15 booking deposit still applies toward the discounted total of a birthday appointment.
