Braid options range from feed-in braids priced by the number of braids, from 2-4 at $65 up to 9 and up at $160, to stitch braids, men's braids and a braided ponytail or bun at $215. Stitch braids, feed-in braids for 9 and up, and braided ponytails include hair and are offered for black hair only. Men's braids start at $65 and include washing, conditioning and braiding.

For locs, the salon offers loc repairs at $15 per loc, which can cover reattaching 1-10 locs, repairing thinning locs or combining locs. Soft locs start at $110, starter locs at $165, and loc retwists at $120, all with washing and conditioning. For relaxers, a spot relaxer is $20 and touches up the sides and back on short hair or the perimeter on medium to long hair. Booking questions are taken by text only. A deposit is required at booking, is applied to the service and is non-refundable; the general deposit is $15, and service deposits listed on the booking page range from $25 to $65. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, same-day cancellations are charged half the price, and a no-call, no-show cannot rebook and is charged full price. Cash is preferred, debit and credit cards carry a $2.50 fee, and other payment forms add $4.50. Same-day and after-hours appointments cost extra, and people who are not being serviced cannot attend. Clients have 24 hours to report a hair problem so it can be fixed. Refunds are not given, except when the business cancels for personal reasons. Clients are asked to read all policies before booking.

Services are not rushed, and clients are asked not to book when they have other obligations. Because results depend on edges, hairline and density, a consultation is suggested when a client is unsure.
