The menu runs from a free 30-minute consultation to kids' services for ages 3 to 14, retwists, and starter locs. Other offerings include loc maintenance, petal and knot bobs, curls, plaits and twists, loc repair and reattachment, loc trims, deep conditioning, hot oil treatment, scalp scrubbing with a wash, and a cleansing treatment called Rylo's Detox. Larger jobs include invisible twist over locs, instant locs, complete loc reconstruction and loc combining, which is priced by the job.

Starter locs and complete loc reconstruction both require a consultation before booking, and a consultation cannot be booked on the same day as starter locs. Starter locs are parted in brick and random parting systems only. Starter loc maintenance is meant to return every 4 to 6 weeks and requires a $30 deposit.

A non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the remaining balance. Cancelling or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice keeps the deposit, while shorter notice forfeits it, and same-day cancellations may be charged the full service price. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period after which appointments may be shortened, adjusted or rescheduled, and a late fee may apply. A no-show may be charged the full service price, and no new appointment can be booked until the balance is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
