The menu is grouped into body, face, intimate, and leg waxing. Body services cover areas such as the underarms, stomach, chest, back, butt, and full or half arms. Face services include eyebrows, upper lip, cheeks, nose, ears, chin, neck, sideburns, and a full face option. Several services are priced as a starting point, including stomach, chest, half back, and full back. Visit lengths vary by area, from about 5 minutes for upper lip to 60 minutes for a full leg. Eyebrow clean-up does not include shaping.
Before booking, clients should know the studio's rules. Clients must be 18 or older to book on their own. Clients under 18 need to contact the studio first, with a parent or guardian present and any required consent provided. A $10 late fee applies if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, and a no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled services if the client has not arrived 15 minutes after the appointment time.
Waxing works best once hair has grown back to a certain length: roughly 2.5 to 3 weeks for Brazilian and bikini waxing, and at least 2 weeks for underarms, half legs and full legs. Clients who take medications, or use treatments that make skin more reactive or fragile (the examples given are Retin-A, Accutane and acids), should not book, and should tell the salon about their medications before any appointment.
