Cancelling or rescheduling 24 to 48 hours ahead is charged at 50% of the scheduled services, while changes less than 24 hours ahead, including same-day, and no-shows are charged 100%. Changes must be made by phone during business hours and are only final once a front desk coordinator or manager confirms them. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the appointment cannot be honored and is treated as a late cancellation. Service adjustments with the same stylist are free if requested within 10 days. Services are not refunded, and retail products may be exchanged or taken as store credit within 14 days of purchase, but not refunded in cash.

The Apprenticeship Program lasts between 8 and 12 months and teaches styling, cutting and color. Classes take place on Mondays and Tuesdays, and apprentices practice on live models. Once each phase of the curriculum is complete, apprentices receive build days, which let them serve clients on the salon floor. Apprentices may also take part in editorial photoshoots, advanced classes and monthly education sessions. The program suits newly licensed professionals and recent graduates. According to the salon, graduates can reach the floor in under a year, and the salon describes the program as world class. The in-house educators are stylists who have finished the salon's Teacher Training Program. Advanced education classes are open to the public at no charge; team members usually teach them, though visiting artists sometimes do.
