New clients are asked to book a consultation first. Certain services require it, and the consultation fee of $30 or more is non-refundable but can be applied to the service. Extensions and loc restoration are scoped individually, since length, quantity and final price depend on the consultation. Starter loc programs are recommended for the first three sessions, and the business offers follow-up bundles for both adults and children that save $30 each.

Booking has a few rules to know in advance. A non-refundable deposit between $30 and $200 secures an appointment and is applied to the balance, and the amount depends on the service. Appointments need to be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Emergency, squeeze-in and outside-of-hours appointments carry an additional $60 convenience fee and must be approved before booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Tuesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays.

New clients start with a consultation, and extensions, restoration and starter programs are planned around what the consultation finds.
