Loc work is the core of the menu. Services range from wash and style visits and retwists to full retwist-and-style appointments sized by hair length, plus starter locs in two strand or coil patterns, micro loc care, crochet maintenance and loc repair. Starter loc services begin with a consultation, and the menu also includes interlocking, two strand twists and extended twists that use client-supplied hair.

Color services cover color refreshes, permanent color without bleach, lightening and toning, highlights and lowlights, balayage and ombre, a Peekaboo color, rainbow colors, and color correction. A color consultation is required before any color service. Silk presses come in regular, deluxe and Olaplex versions, and the salon also offers a steam treatment and detangling for hair that has become matted or hasn't been maintained.
