New clients start with a free text consultation, answered within 24 to 48 hours, and an in-person visit is booked only if it is needed. The menu covers shampoo and scalp care tailored to scalp and loc needs, retwists priced by loc count from under 60 to over 120, interlocking and other maintenance, loc repairs and reattachments for thin and broken locs, and loc restoration. Styling includes barrel and petal styles, half up/half down looks with optional twisted or curled sections, barreled up dos, curls, and custom combinations. Starter loc coils and twists, and instant locs done with a crochet needle, are offered after a consultation.
Prices are set during consultation and may change. Matted hair, mold or mildew, and breakage carry additional costs. Clients keep a card on file to book, though cash is the preferred payment, and the studio also accepts UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and Zelle. Cancellations need at least 72 hours notice, and refunds are not offered, but concerns can be raised within three days of service so the work can be corrected.
Current hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with shorter days on Thursday and Saturday, and the studio is closed on Sunday and Monday.
