The salon is set up to be welcoming and personalizes each appointment, and it aims to build lasting relationships with its regular clients.

Services are organized into beard and hair menus. Loc services run from maintenance and retwists to starter locs and coils, and steaming treatments are offered with or without a mask for both adults and kids. Adults can also book hot oil treatments with a scalp and neck massage, ACV soaks or scrubs, and combinations that pair several treatments with a retwist and style. Many services can be added to one another or booked alone, and trims for adults are priced according to length and amount of hair.

Color and chemical services include partial and full head color, root touch-ups, foil highlights, bleach and toner, and relaxer retouches. The salon describes its Olaplex Treatment as the best option for colored hair. Clients should note a few policies: deposits and sales are nonrefundable but can be applied as shop credit, many loc and kids services carry a $10 surcharge on Thursday evenings after 6pm, and some kids and loc services need hair pre-detangled or combed out before the visit. Bridal services are arranged by contacting the salon directly, and large bridal parties are booked that way too.
