Pricing is set by style and service. Fills are priced on how many extensions remain: a fill is based on a 35% retention rate, and lower retention is charged as a new set. Fills can be booked from one to four weeks after the previous set, with two-week fills allowing up to 30% loss of the original set and three-week fills up to 50%. Fills after four weeks are charged at the new set price, and if more than half the extensions are detached or grown out, the visit is treated as a full set. Overgrown extensions are removed during a fill to protect natural lashes. Clients coming from another salon should consult before booking a fill, as a removal and full set may be recommended.

A full set takes roughly 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and a fill takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours. New clients should arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork and review the consent form. Clients are asked to remove makeup beforehand, as extra fees may apply if the salon does the cleansing, to silence or switch off their phones, and to keep their eyes closed during the session. Contact lenses cannot be worn during the procedure, and caffeine is best avoided before appointments.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Sunday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and it is closed on Mondays. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, or a 50% deposit may be requested for the next appointment. Clients who are unhappy with their extensions can contact the salon within 48 hours for a complimentary touch-up. Refunds are not offered on services already performed.
