Hand and foot services are organized into manicures, pedicures and combined packages, with add-ons that include French tips, chrome or cat eye finishes, nail art, callus treatment and paraffin. Soak-off removal can be added to a service or booked alone. Waxing covers the lip, chin, forehead, brows, cheeks, underarms, the stomach and bikini area, and the arms, legs and back. Chair massage and foot reflexology are sold in blocks from 10 to 30 minutes. Groups can book group parties or BYOB sessions for occasions such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, graduations and girls' nights out.

Both locations are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm, Saturday from 9am to 6pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm. Appointments can be made by phone or through the online booking option, which is listed for the Lakeshore East location only. Walk-ins are taken when the schedule has openings. Clients are asked to arrive at least five minutes early, since late arrivals do not get extra treatment time and pay for the full service. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, or 72 hours for groups of four or more, and groups larger than four pay a 50% deposit at booking with an automatic 20% gratuity added.

According to the salon, it uses non-toxic products and hospital-grade heat-sterilized tools, with single-use items such as nail files, buffers and pedicure liners.
