Fills run about 70 to 100 minutes depending on style, and full sets run 120 to 130 minutes.
Clients who already have lashes from another stylist should know that the artist cannot guarantee filling them and needs to be able to work over the existing work. If those lashes cannot be filled, a removal and full set may be needed, at the artist's discretion. A patch test applies a few lashes to check for an allergic reaction before a first set, and takes 15 minutes at no charge.
Lash lifts and tints are offered on their own or combined as a lift with tint. Lash removal is also available for clients who are finished with their extensions.
Policies cover timing and payment. Clients have a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that the appointment is rescheduled and counted as a late cancellation. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the service fee, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Card payments carry a 3.5% fee, and paying with cash avoids it. The studio is open Wednesday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday and Tuesday.
Service timing follows the condition of existing extensions, with minis booked while most of the previous set remains.
