LMI Beauty works from a suite at 14015 West Colonial Drive in Winter Garden, and free parking is available in the salon's newer lot. Clients can book through the salon's website or the GlossGenius platform. Booking confirmations go out by email and text 72 hours ahead, followed by a reminder 24 hours before the visit. Changes can be made up to 48 hours before an appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who refer someone receive $25 off their next service. New clients book a consultation first and pay a deposit.

Haircuts include a wash and blow-dry. The Sun cut is a trim or a full chop, and the Moon cut adds a nourishing mask before the trim. Highlights come with a gloss or toner and a blow-dry. Blonding options include Babylight, Complete Blonding, and a Platinum Card service that lightens the entire head with foils to go two or more shades lighter. Blonde Retouch suits regrowth of about half an inch to one inch, roughly every six to eight weeks. Color options include all-over color, permanent or semi-permanent, root touch-ups, multi-tone color using two or more shades, and a gloss. Color correction is also offered.

Hair extensions begin with a consultation at booking to choose a method that suits the client's lifestyle. The client's hair for extensions must be paid for before an extension application can be booked, and the hair may take about a week to arrive. Pricing depends on length and how much hair is needed. Treatments include the Brazilian Blowout, which smooths frizz or loosens curl patterns and lasts around 12 weeks with proper care, and Florida Frizz Control, a permanent smoothing treatment for previously colored or lightened hair. The K18 Blowout combines a detox, wash, K18 treatment and blow-dry in a 90-minute visit, and K18 is also available as a color add-on or on its own.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages are offered on request. The salon is open Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Each appointment starts with a consultation about the client's past experiences and goals, leading to a custom hair plan, and each service ends with a styling session and photos of the new look from every angle.
