Lisa started beauty school at age 15 and says her career began 25 years ago. She spent 23 years as a stylist in a luxury salon and has since shared her skills through in-house education for colleagues, and as an educator for L'Oréal Professional, visiting as many as 30 salons a year. Her work has also appeared in fashion shows and published pieces.

Services range from women's, men's and children's haircuts (children's cuts are for ages 12 and under) to color retouches, all-over color, highlighting and double process blondes, all of which finish with gloss and/or lowlights where included. Mini highlights are offered for 10 or fewer foils. Additional color charges may apply to lightening. Blow-dry styling, a Malibu Treatment conditioning service, and updos for special occasions, bridal updos and bridal trial appointments are also available.

Appointments are paid at the time of service. Accepted payment includes major credit and debit cards, cash, check and Zelle. Cancellations are requested with 72 hours' notice where possible, and no-shows may be refused future appointments.

Strand or patch tests requested before a service must be allowed; declining one results in cancellation of that service. The salon may decline any service that could compromise a client's hair, the safety of clients, stylists or the salon, or the salon's reputation, and it has a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior or intoxication. Clients with a concern about a service can contact the salon within 2 weeks; services are not refunded, and correction requests after that window may carry additional charges. Retail products can be returned within 2 weeks of purchase for a full refund.
