Color is the core of the menu. Options run from custom toners, glosses and root color to face frame and partial highlights, all-over blonding, and a customized balayage with a finishing toner or gloss. Color correction is priced hourly and needs an in-person consultation before booking. New and returning guests can book a complimentary 30-minute consultation to talk through hair goals and service options.

The cut menu includes a signature haircut, which runs about an hour and includes a consultation, cut, blow-dry finish and guidance on styling at home. A signature fringe trim keeps bangs tidy between full cuts. Extensions are offered as tape-in weft and tinsel, with tape-in requiring an in-person consultation first. Blow outs, with or without extensions, and conditioning, scalp detox and Hair Botox treatments round out the menu. The conditioning treatment can be added to any service or booked alone. Hair Botox is described as a formaldehyde-free, non-chemical smoothing treatment, and according to the salon its results typically last about two to four months depending on hair type and at-home care.

Booking terms are set by service. New clients pay a deposit for balayage, highlights, glosses and Hair Botox, with separate deposits for root refresh color, color correction and tape-in extensions. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible. The studio does not offer keratin treatments, short precision cuts such as pixies or clipper-based styles, or men's haircutting.
