A session can take anywhere from roughly 15 minutes to over an hour, with length set by the size of the area being worked on. Electrolysis works on most body areas where hair grows, but not on mucous membranes such as the inside of the nose or ear. Clients commonly report only a mild sensation, frequently compared to a light tingle, and a topical numbing agent is sometimes applied. According to the salon, electrolysis is the sole method the FDA has approved for permanent hair removal.

Laser hair reduction is also offered. Where deeper procedures are not suitable, quick waxing is available. For brows, options include tinting, permanent brows with henna, and permanent make-up that enhances or creates the brow. Lash lifts and lash tints are offered alongside brow tinting, and paramedical tattoo and laser tattoo removal round out the menu.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice; clients who cancel later are charged for their scheduled time, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients running late are asked to call as soon as possible so the electrologist can be notified, and the salon will try to accommodate late arrivals.

Electrolysis is the main method, with laser hair reduction and quick waxing offered where a deeper procedure is not a fit.
