Services are customized to each client's hair condition, maintenance history, density, texture and the result they want. Some extension and specialty services need consultation approval before they can be booked, and consultations are offered by phone for returning and out-of-state extension guests or in the studio. The studio says results and how long they last vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Extension work is a large part of the menu, from full sew-ins and tape-ins to refreshes, maintenance visits, color adjustments for extension hair and professional removal. Maintenance intervals are suggested for each type of install. Silk presses, a smoothing treatment using an amino-acid formula, and a three-step curl rebuilding service for naturally wavy, curly and coily hair round out the offerings.
Booking requires a non-refundable fee that is applied to the final balance. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 72 hours' notice, and one complimentary reschedule is allowed. Late arrivals have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be changed or canceled. All services are final sale. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM; the studio is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Services are built around each client's condition, maintenance history and desired result, with a focus on customization, consistency and upkeep.
