The team is made up of women who are there to enhance beauty and to support one another's growth, and the salon says it values respect for diversity. Dana Miller owns the salon and leads its color work. A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which is the first step in shaping a style. Prices vary with the products used, hair density and hair length, and additional fees may apply for exceptionally long or thick hair. Up-dos and formal styling are priced after a consultation.

Bridal work covers wedding parties, with in-salon and on-location options for brides, attendants and flower girls. On-location bridal services need a two-person minimum and carry a driving fee of $15 per half-hour. Trial sessions are suggested one to three months before the wedding, and clients are asked to bring headpieces and accessories. Gratuities are included in bridal prices during regular salon hours only, and appointment dates can be reserved with a deposit.

The salon donates services to Locks of Love, to fundraisers and silent auctions for Hillsborough Township, and to agencies supporting victims of domestic violence or sexual assault. It also provides free services and products to the staff and clients of SAFE in Hunterdon.

Hours are Tuesday noon to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday 10am to 8pm, and Saturday 9am to 4pm, with the salon closed Sunday and Monday. Visa, Mastercard, cash and checks are accepted.
