LL New York operates from two Manhattan studios: one on East 59th Street and one on West 48th Street. The salon is open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 8pm. Prices vary by artist and location, and color techniques, glazes and treatments are quoted after a consultation with the colorist or stylist.

The hair menu is organized around four areas. Blowouts include a classic brush blowout with shampoo and conditioner that can be styled straight, voluminous or curly, an extension blowout designed for hair with extensions, and a glamour blowout. Updos, including braided buns and knots, are suited to everyday wear or occasions and are priced from a starting point.

Color services cover freehand balayage for a graduated, natural-looking highlight, foil highlights, semi-permanent gloss that lasts up to two weeks, and corrective color for previously colored or damaged hair, which can take several appointments to reach the target tone. Before color or lightening, clients can add a treatment. The salon offers clarifying treatments that remove copper, iron and product residue, and a metal detox treatment that neutralizes metal in the hair. Other treatments address hard water buildup and brassiness, and protein, repair and nourishing options are available.

Beyond hair, the salon offers brow shaping with hot wax, tweezers or both, and makeup services including full makeup application, eye makeup and makeup with lashes. LL Spa, the medical spa side of the business, offers radiofrequency body and face contouring, RF microneedling, injectables, facials, massages and PRP. The business requires a credit card to book, asks for 48 hours' notice to cancel regular services and 72 hours for specialty services such as keratin, Japanese, bridal or extension work, and charges the full service price for late cancellations and no-shows.
