Booking requires a deposit: most services ask for $25, and Back to the Basics (M) asks for $15. Deposits are not refunded for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Gel-X is timed as a cycle. A Gel-X Refill is meant to be booked two to three weeks after the previous Gel-X service. If it is booked later than three weeks, a Soak Off and Full Set is needed instead, and a Refill booked in error is charged as a Soak Off and Full Set.

Full sets come in four lengths, Short, Medium, Long and Extra Long, and the number of magnets allowed for sizing the tips rises with length. Clients pick a gel polish and top coat for their full set and can add a nail design. Gift cards come in $40, $60, $80 and $100 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.

Nail art is organized into levels, so clients can see what each design includes before booking.
