Loc work covers several methods. Starter locs are done with a comb, with the hair coiled so it locks on its own, while instant locs are made with a locking needle and priced with small, medium and large size add-ons. Invisible locs come as two-strand or barrel-twist versions, with butt and thigh length add-ons, and the invisible style uses 1B hair in black or Cuban twist double strand hair for other colors. For existing dreads, options include a standard retwist, a retwist with a chosen style, a retwist with maintenance for thinning, reattaching or matted hair, and a thinning service for dreads that are thinning or splitting, which does not include a retwist.

Braid services include box braids from $60 and box braids with boho from $155, with size add-ons from large to extra small. Kids ages seven and up can book a retwist with styling. The detox special combines a loc detox with a retwist, and styling is extra and starts at $295. Styling fees for detox and kids services are settled at a consultation before the appointment is finalized.

Visits follow set policies. Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours ahead, and cancellations mean the deposit is not refundable. Late arrivals may be rescheduled at the business's discretion, payment is due at the time of service, and no refunds are issued once a service is complete. Clients should come alone unless arranged in advance and should disclose allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions before the appointment. Appointment times are estimates based on experience so far, not guaranteed completion times. The studio is open Monday to Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM and Thursday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:45 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Two guides are sold: a beginner-friendly loc guide priced at $12 (regular price $15), available in English and Spanish, and a 14-page starter guide on starting, caring for and maintaining locs, also $12. A loyalty program gives $15 off after five visits.
