The studio says its goal is to offer personalized, comfortable, high-quality services in a clean and welcoming space.

The facial menu has four levels, from the Classic Don Facial up to the Ultimate Don Facial. The Corrective Don Facial, about 55 minutes, includes deep extractions, high-frequency treatment and a 15-minute upper body massage, and is designed for ingrown hair, uneven skin texture, congestion and hyperpigmentation, including after haircuts and shaving. The Ultimate Don Facial runs about 1 hour 15 minutes and opens with a detailed skin consultation and analysis, followed by skin education, a treatment plan, product recommendations and a personalized at-home routine.

Brow services include a hybrid brow stain, a hybrid stain with shaping, brow lamination, and lamination paired with shaping or with both a hybrid stain and shaping. Waxing covers areas from the lip and brow to the full arm, bikini, Brazilian and full leg. The studio does not provide male intimate waxing. Custom requests and services not on the price list are handled by DM or text.

Studio hours are Monday through Friday, 11 AM to 9 PM, and the studio is closed on weekends. Early and Sunday appointments are arranged by text or DM depending on availability. All deposits are nonrefundable.

Don Care Co. is the studio's service division for family assistance, personal assistance, household support, home reset services, childcare when it is part of family support, and customized care. It is available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM, with occasional Sundays and weekend availability, and offers virtual options. Services can be one-time, biweekly or monthly, and personal assistance is available hourly, weekly or as a retainer. Pricing depends on location, and any concierge fees are discussed before service is confirmed. Each shift allows up to three add-ons of about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Inquiries are reviewed within 24 hours, but submitting one does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.

Treatments are designed around each client's skin needs at the time of the visit, with consultations and patch tests for those who need help choosing a service or have sensitive skin.
