Naturopathic care is the core of the practice. Clinical consultations review a person's goals, labwork and history, then the medical team builds a tailored treatment protocol. The Total Wellness Package is an introductory option that combines a medical consultation, a biomarker panel and a clinical lab review, followed by a personalized naturopathic plan. A free wellness call is offered to anyone who wants to learn whether the clinic is a good fit before booking.

The Little Italy location at 800 West Ivy Street is listed as a wellness lounge and is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Its IV drips are aimed at hydration, immunity, recovery and energy, and its vitamin shots are given by injection. IV sessions take about 10 minutes to an hour depending on the formula and bag size. A health questionnaire is required before the first drip, a cost breakdown is shared before treatment, some drips can be booked online, and home-based IV visits are offered for groups of 10 or more.

The Cardiff location at 2027 Newcastle Avenue is a private health club, also called LIVV Cardiff Private Health Club. It is open Saturday and Monday 10am to 4pm, and Tuesday to Friday 10am to 6pm. The club is not open to the public without a membership or day pass.

Memberships differ by site. Little Italy memberships start at $2,500 per month and come in Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers that vary consultation, testing, IV or shot, and peptide injection frequency. Approved members pay a lifetime initiation fee along with monthly dues, and places are limited. Applications are evaluated for alignment with community values and require a consultation with the medical team.

Focuses on preventing disease, finding root causes and educating patients, with care that treats the whole person and aims to support the body's own healing processes.

Little Italy is a wellness lounge, and Cardiff is a private health club near the Pacific with patio seating and reserved private areas in its IV lounge.
