The menu covers regular and gel manicures, dip powder, color gel, and a spa manicure with keratin. Pedicures include a regular option and a series of named spa pedicures, each with reflexology, a mud pack, a hot towel and hot stone, and each built around a different base such as coconut milk and honey, vitamins, green tea, lavender, eucalyptus, silky milk or white tea. The gold-level spa adds a 10-minute chair massage.

Nail enhancements include LED gel fills with color gel on a 2, 3 or 4 week schedule, LED gel French fills, GEL-X sets, and LED gel sets on natural nails or extensions. Removal of UV gel and acrylic is offered on its own, and there is an LED nail fix and shaping for almond, coffin or stiletto styles.

Waxing is offered for the face, body and legs, from lip and eyebrow to back, full legs and Brazilian bikini. A separate children's menu covers manicures, polish changes and pedicures for clients aged 9 and under.

Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. A 15-minute grace period follows the start time, and later arrivals are asked to reschedule. Cancellations or changes need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and confirmations are sent by text. Treatments are non-refundable and prices may change without notice. Cash and most major cards are accepted, but not American Express. Gratuities are cash only, and a 20% tip is suggested for any service.
