New clients can book a complimentary consultation, which takes about 20 minutes and has no charge. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 7 PM, with the salon closed on Sundays. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
