The trichology offering is an EMS electroporation program combined with topical products, sold as four treatments taken once a week, about 30 minutes each. The method uses short high-voltage pulses that are meant to help the topicals absorb into the scalp. Hair and scalp treatments with styling start at $115, and a la carte treatments include deep moisture, protein or shine treatments, steam and massage.

Braids and weave work cover cornrows for natural hair only, starting at $75, along with partial weaves at $150 and full sew-in weaves with removal at $300. Individual tracks are priced per track. A consultation for $25 is available for clients who want to talk through their plans before booking.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Same-day appointments are not approved without prior notice. Because the space is limited, guests are not permitted at appointments, and only one parent may attend while a child is serviced; siblings are not allowed. The salon also sells Herbal Growth Oil, satin-lined bonnets and beard oil.
