Visits usually begin with a consultation, which can be a 15-minute phone call, a 30-minute in-person session or a 60-minute in-depth session, and can be booked through the online appointments page. The consultation includes a health assessment, goal setting around chronic conditions, recovery and peak performance, and a tailored action plan. The InBody body composition scan, from $30, tracks muscle, weight and targeted fat changes through a personalized wellness account.
Recovery and performance sessions make up much of the menu. Hyperbaric oxygen is offered at 1.6 ATA from $150 and at 2.0 ATA from $175, and exercise with oxygen therapy from $100 and intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxic training from $120 are also available, along with altitude hypoxic training that simulates high-elevation conditions. Two combined Live Superhuman sessions bring several of these together: one pairs exercise with oxygen therapy with BEMER, red light therapy with RIFE technology and NanoVi from $199, and the other pairs a hyperbaric chamber session with BEMER, red light therapy and NanoVi from $249, with the chamber option listed at $275 at 2.0 ATA.
Physical therapy begins with a hands-on evaluation and an individualized treatment plan, with assessments covering neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and TMD, pelvic girdle and visceral dysfunction. Personal training is available one-on-one with a dedicated coach or trainer, and NXPro performance training uses intra-neuromuscular stimulation.
The studio's offerings span molecular hydrogen sessions, NanoVi cellular repair, RIFE frequency sessions and colon hydrotherapy with warm filtered water; according to the studio, the hydrotherapy is carried out by certified practitioners. Peptide consultations are presented as educational, and the studio states that peptides discussed there are for experimental use only. Equipment for sale includes hyperbaric chambers and PEMF, hydrogen and NanoVi systems. Gift cards have no expiration date and may be applied toward any service, product or equipment purchase, and the studio adds that they can also be spent at Bodycentre locations.
Focuses on proactive wellness rather than a reactive treatment model, with personalized wellness plans built around each client's biology and goals.
