Hours are Tuesday and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so it can be rebooked.

During services, guests are offered complimentary coffee, tea, soda, wine and bottled water. The salon lists a free consultation at no charge and 15 minutes, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
