Visits can take place at a home, hotel, office, or private gathering, subject to scheduling and provider clearance. Same-day appointments are often available, depending on the schedule, travel time, and medical clearance. A complimentary 15-minute call covers services and scheduling and is not a medical consultation. Travel is charged at $1.50 per mile, calculated at checkout, and nonmembers who need a visit to begin within two hours pay a $75 rush fee after availability is confirmed, which members have waived. Standard IV drips take 30 to 60 minutes, NAD+ sessions run 2 to 4 hours, and Niagen visits take 1 to 2 hours.
The IV drip menu includes Hydration, Beauty / Youth, Detox / Hangover, Metabolism Boost, and Myers Cocktail, built from IV fluids and nutrient blends. Hydration combines normal saline with vitamin C. Myers Cocktail includes vitamin C, magnesium, B-complex, B12, and glutathione. Drip customization requires clinical suitability and provider approval for any added ingredients or optional medications. NAD+ and Niagen (nicotinamide riboside) therapy are provider-directed infusions, with a 250 mg starting dose and up to 500 mg at provider discretion. Add-on IM injections of NAD+, L-carnitine, glutathione, and methyl-B12 can be included in a visit and are priced the same for everyone.
Peptide programs are evaluated separately by licensed providers through AsherMed, not Healthcare Prosoft NE PC. Peptides are investigational or compounded preparations rather than FDA-approved finished drugs, and availability is not guaranteed. No peptide is sold directly on the site; a service conversation comes first, followed by medical review and prescribing. Programs include medication, injection supplies, nurse education, ongoing support, and shipping. A tirzepatide weight-loss program is also offered and requires a prescription and provider approval.
Memberships come in several tiers, with the LIV Well, LIV Better, and LIV Best levels covering standard IV drips and NAD+ or Niagen sessions by the month. Memberships have a two-month minimum commitment, treatments do not roll over, and memberships cannot be transferred. HSA and FSA reimbursement depends on the individual plan and its qualified expense rules.
Care is delivered one-to-one in the client's chosen location, with each service reviewed by a licensed provider and medical clearance required before treatment.
Visits happen in the client's own home, hotel, or office rather than at a fixed clinic.
