A Special Needs Haircut is offered for children who need extra support, and the salon may ask parents to take an active part in the visit.

Pricing is discussed with the stylist during a consultation, since costs for some styles depend on starting length and how services are combined. The salon says it does not bundle services a client does not use. A family discount applies when an adult in the group also gets a haircut, and the salon offers a satisfaction guarantee and will work to fix any haircut a client is not happy with.
