Little Munchkins North Hollywood

Little Munchkins is a hair salon built around children, with two locations: one in Glendale and one in North Hollywood, California. The salon's aim is to help every young guest leave feeling special and self-assured, and the space is set up with that in mind.

A visit is designed to keep children comfortable. The chairs come in playful shapes, including car-shaped seats, and each one has a TV, so the child can pick a show to watch during the haircut. Every haircut ends with a small treat for the child, and a customer review mentions that stickers and lollipops are also given out.

Stylists work with both the child and the parent to choose a cut that suits the child's personality and daily routine, whether classic or trendy. The salon says its equipment is sanitized regularly and that its staff are trained in working with children gently. Hair products are sold on site.

The salon is open Monday to Friday from 11am to 7pm and on weekends from 10am to 6pm.

The salon's philosophy centers on child-friendly hair care that leaves each young client feeling confident and special.

Bright and playful, with colorful chairs, car-shaped seats and whimsical decor.
