The work is organized around nail health, precision, consistency and a more elevated guest experience. Manicures begin with dry prep, so cuticles are worked on without a water soak. Gel and structure gel services use Korean and Japanese gel systems, and the salon develops its own professional nail product line, including acrylics that are MMA-free and use EMA (ethyl methacrylate).

Appointments can be booked online for individual manicures, pedicures and artificial nail enhancements, or by phone or in person. Party bookings start with a phone consultation. Walk-ins are taken when there is availability, but booked appointments come first, so the business recommends calling ahead. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9am to 8pm and Saturday 10am to 7pm, and is closed Sundays. Deposits are $20 per person per service for manicures, pedicures and a la carte work booked by phone or in person, $40 to $60 per person for artificial nail services depending on design, and half the service total when booked online. Deposits go toward the bill and are nonrefundable. A text reminder is sent 24 hours before each appointment. Implements and stations are sanitized between guests, and guests are asked to wash their hands before service. Payment is accepted in many forms including Venmo, but not checks.

Beyond the standard menu, the salon offers monthly memberships with a three-month commitment and automatic billing. Each month includes one manicure or pedicure at 20% off, plus a complimentary specialty beverage at each visit; memberships are nonrefundable and nail art, French designs, repairs and extensions are charged separately. Complimentary gel polish fixes for chipping, peeling or discoloration are offered within 5 days of service on natural and artificial nails, though that excludes chrome, foil, matte top coats and regular polish. The salon also offers advanced nail education, hands-on training, nail business mentorship and one-on-one classes for nail techs in training.

Fresha lists the salon as kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible and near public transit. Nearby parking includes Downtown Auto Park across from the 4Marq Apartments, an alley lot between 4Marq and The Nic on Fifth, and a spot at The 365 Apartment building across from the salon's door on S. 4th Street. Street parking is also available along Nicollet Mall, Marquette Ave., S. 4th St. and 2nd Ave. S.
