Visits are booked online, as walk-ins are not accepted. A complimentary consultation can help clients choose a service, and a waitlist is available for a preferred service, with clients notified when an earlier opening comes up. The salon usually suggests booking every 4 to 10 weeks, depending on the service. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 72 hours ahead, through the confirmation email or text, the Square Go app or the website; a fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply to later cancellations, with exceptions left to the stylist's discretion.

Color work ranges from eyebrow tinting and glosses to full-foil highlights, bleach and tone, and balayage. Color retouches are for returning guests, while new clients are asked to start with an all-over color. Haircuts include children's, teen, men's and women's cuts, shampoo blowouts and special occasion updos. Hair extensions are offered after a consultation.
