A reservation is matched to the next available specialist for the chosen style and age group, and the shop says booking takes under a minute. If no time is open, families can join a waitlist and receive a text when a spot opens. Walk-in guests can use the virtual wait room to set a planned arrival time and be added to the books on arrival. Late arrivals have a 10-minute grace period. Appointments not kept within 15 minutes are canceled, though a guest who still wants service is then treated as a walk-in.

Pricing depends on the style and the time it takes.
