Manicures start with a standard routine of nail trimming, shaping, cuticle grooming, a warm water hand soak, cuticle care, massage, a hot towel and polish. Upgraded versions add more time at the table. The Relaxing Manicure includes hand moisturizer, a sugar scrub, a mask and a paraffin treatment, and the Deluxe Manicure adds a sugar scrub, a mask and a seven-minute hand and shoulder massage with a pain-relief spray.

Pedicures come in several levels. The Classic Pedicure takes in nail trimming and cuticle work, a wash, an exfoliating step using sugar, a massage lasting three minutes, and ends with polish. The Volcano Organic Spa Pedicure is a one-time treatment centred on volcano crystals and a collagen mask; it includes a fifteen-minute massage and lets clients choose one of four fragrances. The Little Bird Pedicure adds callus removal, sugar exfoliation, paraffin, a fifteen-minute massage and a heated towel wrap. Most of these can also be done with gel polish.

The salon also offers artificial nails, including gel full sets and fills, Gel-X full sets, builder gel, dipping powder, and pink and white or ombre sets. Eyelash services include Bird lash full sets and refills in several volume levels, along with lash lifting and tinting refills. Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, legs, and chest or back, and children can book their own manicures and pedicures.
