Clients with enhancements still on should book a Soak Off alongside a full set, gel manicure or dip nails so enough time is allotted. If no Soak Off is booked, clients should arrive with clean nail beds. Enhancements are always soaked off rather than popped, clipped, floss-removed or forced off. Lifted nails that were glued down should be mentioned at the appointment. Clients who want a design left out can note it at checkout, and anything that bothers them during a visit is best raised right then.

For repairs, a nail broken within 72 hours of service is fixed at no charge, and after 72 hours the repair is $5 per nail. A new full set with a soak off is recommended after two to three fills. If nails are badly lifting or more than three are missing, the client is steered toward a full set, with a soak off added where needed; otherwise a full set is charged. Gift cards are available on the website.
