The salon describes itself as a premier nail salon with a clean, safe and luxurious environment, and says its staff is highly trained and keeps up with fashion trends. The shop stocks a large selection of polishes, gel colors and nail enhancements.

Sanitation and ventilation are a central part of the salon's setup. Pedicure spas are pipeless jet units, with their jet components disinfected after each client using an EPA-registered product, and each client gets a form-fitted disposable liner. The building has eight ventilation intakes that push air from inside the salon outdoors, and a source capture system that pulls dust and odors away during acrylic services. The salon says that system meets or exceeds OSHA and IMC requirements.
