Most visits start with a consultation. The diagnostic assessment covers skin type and tone, a custom design of shape and color, a recommendation for the procedure that suits the client, and a private session with the artist. The fee for that consultation is credited toward any service booked with the studio. For brows, the process includes a design consultation, mapping that the client approves before work begins, pigment blended to match the client, the procedure itself, and aftercare with follow-up. Touch-ups are offered at 45 days.

The studio covers a range of services. Powder Brows, eyeliner and Microlips are the core micropigmentation options. Cover Up Brows is aimed at people who want to correct or redesign brows that already have pigment in them, and the studio notes that some clients may need laser removal sessions before a cover-up for the best result. Laser brow tattoo removal is offered for brows that have faded to gray, red, blue or orange, for dissatisfaction with earlier microblading or micropigmentation, or as part of a redesign. The studio says the laser acts on pigment particles without damaging the skin or natural hair growth. Each removal includes an assessment, a plan with recommended sessions and spacing, and aftercare guidance.

Scalp micropigmentation is available to men and women and is sold as a program of two sessions. Brow lamination and henna brow tinting are lighter options that do not involve micropigmentation. Facial treatments include a Carbon Peel, also called the Hollywood Peel.

The academy offers four-day intensive trainings in Powder Brows and Microlips, a one-day course in laser tattoo removal and Hollywood Peeling, and a two-day course in Henna Deluxe and lamination. Courses include supervised practice on a real model, and the four-day courses include a machine and practice kit, a PDF and a certificate.
