Hair services range from children's, barber and teen cuts to a haircut with styling tailored to face shape and lifestyle, blowouts and special occasion styling. Custom color includes color retouches with an optional glaze, vivid color, highlights, and balayage or ombre. Full-head lightening is not part of vivid color. Hair services use Redken and Pureology products and treatments. Extensions come as hand-tied extensions using Remy hair or tape-in extensions for added length or a fuller look. Texture services include perms, a Keratin Express blow-out that the salon says keeps hair smooth for up to six weeks with proper care, and spiral or wave styles priced after consultation.

Bridal services include flower girl and junior bridesmaid styles for children twelve and under, hairstyles for the bride's attendants, bridal hairstyles, airbrush makeup and on-site services for wedding parties of at least three people, available seven days a week. Brides can book a personal consultation or trial with stylists and makeup artists by appointment.

Skin services are provided by estheticians the salon describes as trained. Options include anti-aging, sensitive anti-wrinkle and MediBac facials, which the salon describes for clients over 25 with blemishes and enlarged pores, along with a teen cleansing facial aimed at breakouts and oiliness, a spa firming facial, and a customized therapeutic facial. A personalized skin analysis is complimentary. First-time skin clients receive a 15-minute consultation.

Waxing covers the face, body and bikini areas, from eyebrows and lip or chin through full leg and leg with bikini. Nail services include manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips and shellac manicures using OPI products. Lash services range from fills to full sets of classic and volume lashes, applied lash by lash by a lash artist the salon describes as certified. First-time lash guests must start with a full set, and a three-week fill is reserved at the end of each full set. Hair repair treatments include ABC, de-mineralizing and specialty treatments, which can be added to an existing appointment.

Policies: the salon guarantees its work and will correct unsatisfactory results at no additional cost. Services are not refundable, and retail can be returned for a full refund within two weeks of purchase. Clients are asked to give 48 hours notice to cancel, and reservations not confirmed within 24 hours by text, email or phone are cancelled. New hair clients receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation. The salon offers gift cards, a loyalty program, and a $20 discount on a first visit for clients who sign up for email, which cannot be used on product purchases.
