Medical dermatology covers acne, eczema, psoriasis and skin cancer evaluation and treatment, along with a long list of other conditions including actinic keratosis, rosacea, age spots, skin tags, warts, scabies, seborrheic keratosis, tinea versicolor, folliculitis and pityriasis rosea. Hair loss care is available for men and women and starts with an evaluation of the underlying cause. Options include topical minoxidil, prescription medications and hair-support supplements such as Nutrafol and Viviscal PRO, which the practice notes should not take the place of a medical evaluation. Cosmetic services include Botox Cosmetic and Dysport, priced at $15 per unit. Botox is quoted by area, for example 24 units for crow's feet, 20 units for the glabella alone and 40 units for the glabella and forehead together. Restylane fillers start at $650 per 1.0 cc syringe, and the lip and volume options include Restylane Defyne, Restylane Kysse for Lips, Restylane Lyft and several RHA products. Most areas take about 15 to 30 minutes per session, and a series is usually needed, with maintenance sessions sometimes required.
