The studio is in Suite 204 at 2800 Yellowstone Drive in Charlotte. Its menu is grouped into acrylic fill-ins, acrylic full sets, gel services, pedicures and toe services, rebalances, and a few other nail services such as soak-offs and a MANicure.

Fill-ins are for sets that are two to three weeks old. Older sets are treated as rebalances, which are for nails that have grown out past two to three weeks. A rebalance is not booked once nails are more than five weeks old or lifting heavily. Fill-ins are only booked on sets this studio did, and the studio does not work over other technicians' work. Soak-off must be booked in advance or the client may be turned away. Four or more repairs count as a new set, so clients need to arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off, or they will be charged for a full set.

Pedicure services are limited to dry cuticle clean-up. Full pedicures, foot baths, scrubs and massage are not part of the menu. Many prices are starting prices, and inspiration sets and nail-art variations are priced by quote, with clients who bring a design to recreate contacted with pricing after booking.

Booking requires a deposit from new clients, invoiced by text and payable within 24 hours, or the request is declined. Appointments not confirmed at least 24 hours ahead are canceled. There is a 7-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes late with 50% of the service total charged. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the remaining balance. After a first last-minute cancellation, clients have four hours to reschedule without a fee, and one reschedule is allowed before a rescheduling fee applies. Payment is accepted by cash, card, CashApp Pay, Tap to Pay and Zelle, and a $10 convenience fee applies if payment is delayed past the end of the appointment. Additional guests are not allowed, children are allowed only if being serviced or arranged beforehand, and eating is not allowed during services.

The studio also teaches. Beginner classes are offered with a kit at $350 or without a kit at $250, an advanced class is priced at $200, a beginners guide is $25, and a FaceTime class is $40. Gift cards are available in $5, $10, $20 and $50 amounts or a custom amount, and the studio sells nail supplies such as rhinestone pickers and chrome heart charms.
