The facial menu runs from a 45-minute Express Ritual ($95) that includes face massage, to the Signature Bespoke Facial ($165, 75 minutes), which is tailored to current skin needs and includes face, neck, shoulder and décolletage massage. The Holy Grail Skin Ritual ($225, 105 minutes) adds lymphatic facial work and sculpting massage. Renewal, Reset and Restoration facials are each aimed at particular concerns, and the Fall Skin Revival Ritual includes a consultation, customized exfoliation, a seasonal mask and a face, neck and shoulder massage, with LED light therapy or a peptide peel available as add-ons. Men's versions of the Bespoke, Renewal, Reset and Restore facials are also offered, with the Beard Restoration Express ($95, 45 minutes) focused on the skin beneath facial hair.

Deeper treatments include Dr. Pen microneedling for the face and neck, which uses a Korean stem cell ampoule and is open to existing clients in a single session ($425) or a series of three ($1,185). Corrective peels are also available, including a four-session series for existing clients ($995). Microdermabrasion ($185) uses diamond-tipped exfoliation and is not suited to sensitive skin. The Skin Revision Method, starting at $300, is for breast scars, stretch marks and more advanced corrections, uses inkless products, and typically takes three to five sessions about four weeks apart; pricing depends on the area and size treated. The portfolio includes breast surgery scar revision, stretch mark revision and inkless stretch mark revision. Skin Irregularity Removal, starting at $100, addresses skin tags, broken capillaries and other minor irregularities.

The Skin Reset Program starts at $1,400 and is directed at acne, hyperpigmentation and barrier repair. The Skin Restoration Program starts at $1,800 and is directed at aging, melasma and overall skin quality. Both include professional skincare for home use, which the practice values at over $350 and over $400 respectively. The six-month Skin Health Membership costs $894 and includes a monthly BeSpoke facial, 10% off other treatments, 15% off retail products, priority booking and a birthday reward.

Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours before an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee, and no-shows or late cancellations forfeit the deposit paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Package credits and membership benefits apply automatically at checkout when booking through the Services page. Gift cards come in $150, $200, $250 or $300 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
