The clinic offers three kinds of service: electrolysis for permanent removal of unwanted hair, eyelash extensions, and Feng Shui consultations. Electrolysis is the only hair removal method it offers, and the clinic states that its electrologist is the only licensed one in Texas.

Electrolysis is done as a series of sessions, since one visit does not clear an area. Treatments can be given with galvanic, short-wave or blended methods.

Eyelash extensions are applied one strand at a time to each natural lash, using synthetic or mink strands curved to follow the natural lash line. A full set is priced at $250. Returning clients who come back within a six-month break are offered a lower full-set rate of $125. Application takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, and fills every two to three weeks are recommended, priced by how many days have passed since the last set. Lash length and thickness are settled at a consultation. Before and after photos of client sets and lash repair work are shared by the clinic.

Aftercare guidance asks clients to keep lashes dry for about 24 hours, to use only water-based mascara and water-based eye makeup remover, and to skip mechanical curlers in favor of a heated one if extra curl is wanted. The clinic also states that the FDA does not currently regulate eyelash extensions.

Feng Shui consultations are offered through Bagua Solutions and are personalized to each client. Fees reflect the time and effort spent on the client's behalf, so clients call for details. The practice specializes in the BTB school of Feng Shui. New appointments are booked by phone only, and the clinic accepts cash, checks and Zelle.

Lash length and thickness are chosen after a consultation, based on what each client's natural lashes can comfortably hold.
