Birthday parties are two-hour private events with exclusive use of the facility, which the business describes as the ultimate birthday celebration. Each party includes a choice of pizza or bagels with beverages, coordinated paper goods, custom cupcakes or brownies, and invitations. A staff glam team handles setup and details, and guests get a fashion show on the pink carpet followed by dancing on stage. Music can be a personalized playlist, and spa robes are provided for spa parties.

The spa room includes a manicure and pedicure area where the seats have French-influenced upholstery, alongside chairs shaped like stilettos in pink and zebra patterns. Hair and makeup dressing tables are lit by pink crystal chandeliers. The party room has a flat screen that plays music throughout, and a stage covered in red carpet hosts karaoke, dancing and fashion shows. Parents and guardians have a separate seating area from which to watch, where complimentary coffee is served, and a boutique to browse.

Sweet Treatment spa appointments are individual or small group makeovers, with spa robes and pink lemonade included, and groups are capped at 8 guests. Larger groups are moved into a party package at the business's discretion. Parties are booked first-come, first-served with a non-refundable $200 deposit and a signed party contract; booking one to two months ahead is suggested, and last-minute dates may be possible if the schedule allows. A date can be held with that deposit taken over the phone, and final party payment is due the day of the party.
