Brides who have reserved their date can book a Bridal Preview, a three-hour one-on-one session at the studio on select weekday mornings between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. It opens with a consultation covering wedding vision, dress style, timeline and beauty goals, then moves into a hair and makeup preview, veil and accessory placement, and photos and video of the look. The session ends with recommendations based on the bride's features, hair type, wedding style and desired look.

All products used for hair and makeup are supplied by the artist, and every bride receives a touch-up kit with powder and lip touch-up products. Clip-in hair extensions are offered, which can help curls hold through the day; the artist teaches clients how to insert and remove them, and a day-of styling fee is available as an add-on. Natural curls are worked with, and individual pieces may be recurled to improve definition and longevity.

Booking begins with an inquiry form, and a personalized bridal proposal is sent within 24 hours. The date is reserved once a non-refundable retainer of 30% of the total is paid, which is deducted from the final balance. The bride pays the retainer and final balance and collects payment from her bridal party. Travel past 70 miles carries a fee of $2 per mile. Online payments are accepted by bank card or credit card, and tips and day-of add-ons can be paid by Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
