Visits are by appointment. Full lash sets require a $20 deposit, and several services can be booked into the same appointment time. Payment is by cash, and paying by card adds a $5 charge; Cash App, Zelle and Venmo are not accepted. Appointments can be moved by text or message ideally 48 hours ahead, and a $20 fee may apply. Clients who miss an appointment owe the full service amount before booking again, and a 10-minute grace period applies for late arrivals.

Lash extensions come in several full set styles, including classic and hybrid looks, YY lashes, W lashes, wet lash, anime and a custom set fitted to each client's eyes. Full sets take roughly 2 to 3.5 hours depending on style. A custom half set gives a natural, mascara-like look that subtly opens and lifts the eyes. Refills are offered in standard, extended and mini sizes, and a refill needs at least 40 percent of the extensions still in place; anything older than 4 weeks is booked as a full set. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks. The lashes are water resistant, though washing them after a day at the beach or pool is advised.

Permanent jewelry is clasp-less, custom fitted and welded closed, in sterling silver, gold filled or 14KT solid gold, with more than 40 chain styles for bracelets, anklets, necklaces, rings and shoe chains. The business says the welding is completely safe and painless. If a chain breaks or stretches within two weeks of the welding appointment, it is replaced or re-welded at no charge; after two weeks, re-welding costs $25. Permanent jewelry can also be booked as a party for bridal events, girls nights, birthdays and other occasions. Tooth gems are semi-permanent crystals attached to the tooth surface with adhesive and can be added to any appointment, in Swarovski, gold charm or real diamond versions.

Training is offered alongside the services. A two-day beginner lash course covers application, removal, mapping, eye anatomy, adhesives, health and safety, and aftercare, with a mannequin session on day one and a live model on day two. Lash mentorship is available for both beginners and experienced technicians. Permanent jewelry training is a one-day course, one-on-one or in a group, covering metals, chain types, welding, supplies, pricing, events and marketing; the welding machine is not included.
