Her clinical foot care background spans more than ten years, including opening a clinical foot care office in North Carolina in 2023.

Pedicures are the salon's main focus. Euro dry pedicures are done without soaking or steaming the feet. Complicated pedicures are for feet with specific skin and nail concerns such as fungal nails, cracks, severe dryness, corns and calluses. The salon works alongside podiatrists and does not diagnose medical conditions.

The salon develops its own natural skincare and nail care line, sold on site, and uses professional tools made from Japanese medical-grade steel. It states that it uses only certified professional-grade products and sterilized tools, and that its procedures are non-invasive and painless.

A consultation with a nail and foot care specialist costs $80 and can be applied toward a later booking. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early and to notify the salon in advance if running late. Gift cards are sold online and expire one month after purchase.
