Every first visit begins with a consultation to identify needs and goals, and every service includes time for an in-person consultation. Phone consultations are also available before in-person sessions to talk through goals, expectations and pain.

Massage options include Lindy Luxe Massage in 1-hour and 1.5-hour lengths, which can include warm stones or aromatherapy with an essential oil blend customized for the session, and the Sea Stone Experience, which uses hot or cold natural stones in 1.5-hour or 2-hour lengths. The Princess & the Pea is a 2-hour pregnancy massage. LindySpa Custom Massage runs 90 minutes, with 60 minutes of massage plus 30 minutes for consultation and setup.

Skincare includes Lindy Luxe Facial, aimed at brightening, hydration or deep cleaning, with extra time for facial and head massage; Corrective Facial, a targeted treatment with a personalized plan that may include a chemical peel at the practitioner's discretion; and LindySpa Back Facial, which targets concerns such as acne and age spots using Dermodality products, with results building over a series of treatments.
