A lash extension application usually takes two to three hours, depending on the style chosen. Fills are recommended about every two weeks, and clients with less than half of their lashes left are asked to book a full set instead. Extensions are not placed over another artist's set; clients either book removal of the foreign set along with a full set, or wait for the natural shedding.
Booking fees and services are non-refundable, and the booking fee is forfeited if a client arrives more than 10 minutes late. Clients are asked to come with clean, makeup-free lashes or brows and to avoid caffeine at least an hour before. Lashes are removed at no charge if a client is unhappy with the set or has a reaction. Lina Lashes also runs lash extension trainings.
Appointments are planned around clean, makeup-free natural lashes or brows, with fills scheduled every two weeks and free removal offered if a client is not happy with the set.
